Become a Member of OLPH!

As you oversee the education of your children may God’s goodness, truth, and beauty be your guidance.

Applications for the upcoming school year will be accepted beginning June 1st. Returning Members, please read below for important information regarding renewal dates and fees.

To register with OLPH you must submit simultaneously the membership forms and membership fee for the following school year. Mail completed forms to OLPH P.O. Box 61078 Columbia, SC 29260-1078.

1. Membership Application Form
2. A Course of Study – 1 for each student
3. New Members: $30.00 membership fee
4. Current Members: $30.00 membership fee if renewed between June 1st through August 14th. After August 14th, the renewal membership fee is $50.00.
   • Check payable to OLPH mail to OLPH P.O. Box 61078 Columbia, SC 29260-1078
   • Fees stated above are PER FAMILY, not per child.
5. OLPH provides letters (i.e. Dept. of Motor Vehicles; extra-curricular activities) to certify your membership with us. Please email us at olphsc1@gmail.com with your request.
6. Membership cards will be mailed out August 1st.
